Terms of Use
Effective August 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of DayBingo, a service operated by Klein Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. By creating an event, submitting a response, or otherwise using DayBingo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Who may use DayBingo
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use DayBingo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Shared-link access
DayBingo does not use accounts or passwords. Anyone with an event URL can view, edit, or delete the event and its responses. You are responsible for choosing who receives the link. We cannot determine whether a person using a link was intended to receive it.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Klein Labs LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve DayBingo. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and, when entering information about another person, that you have an appropriate basis to do so.
Acceptable use
You may not use DayBingo to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, threaten, harass, or harm anyone.
- Submit highly sensitive information such as financial, medical, government ID, or password data.
- Access or alter an event when you know you were not authorized to use its link.
- Introduce malware, probe security, scrape the service, or evade technical safeguards.
- Automate high-volume requests or otherwise interfere with DayBingo’s operation.
Changes, suspension, and deletion
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of DayBingo. We may remove content or restrict activity that violates these Terms, creates risk, or burdens the service. Events may be automatically deleted after approximately 90 days without activity. You are responsible for keeping any information you need elsewhere.
No warranties
DayBingo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Klein Labs LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and data preservation. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Klein Labs LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from DayBingo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us to use DayBingo during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as DayBingo changes. Revised Terms apply prospectively when posted with a new effective date. Questions or reports of misuse can be sent to privacy@day-bingo.com.
